Get list of areas (per country) where coverage is available.

Important info

Please note that the "AREACODE" output parameter will be used as parameter for the GetDIDs function

Important info

All parameters are case-insensitive so for example, in POST requests,  "UserName" parameter can also be written as "username" , "Username" or "uSeRnAmE".
